Following is a letter coming from one of our customers:
“We are really interested in your systems but need more infomation. We have a friend who works away from home in remote locations. He had a security system installed in his house that allows him to check, on his laptop the comings n goings of his house. He said that he can watch his daughter leaving for school in the morning n he can call her on her cell phone to ask her why she’s wearing such a clothing…like this camera system is the accurate.
He said sometimes she’ll say something like”dad that’s so creepy you being able to do that from 200 miles away” and he said I just tell her, ya well you won’t think it’s so creepy if your ever left there alone and I can talk you through something that you need help with
I just told you this as an example of how precise his system is. We live out in the country and there are times that I am completely alone here. My biggest fear is that someone will show up in either our yard or come knocking on the door in the middle of the night when I am alone. There are times we go away for the weekend and it seems that we always have to have someone house sit for us or continually stop in to check on the place.
We woul like to have a system in comparision to our friends and am wondering which of the two systems that you sent me info on items:DVR-DK0886-1TB,DVR-DK0882would suit my application. I would like to have a system that will cover the inside of our house but also the outside from every angle. We have 7 seperate entrance ways into our house.
We also have a shop thats about 150-200 feet away from the house and if possible I’d like to be able to see the doorways identified with this system too as the doorways are set in direct line with our house. I really like the idea of this audio system. Do you have a ptz security system that will cover both indoor and outdoor and have audio that we can also monitor from a remote location via our laptops. As I’m sure you can tell I am green when it comes to electronics”
